Poppy and Scamper by KumariKat
Say hello to two of my pokemon OCs! Poppy is a female Whimsicott and Scamper is a male Pachirisu. They are best friends. Aaaa I just love these two rascals. ;w; Always causing some kind of trouble together (most of the time by accident).
These guys aren't new characters. I actually created them back in 2011 heheh...
This didn't turn out the way I wanted... oh well...
