Darkness surrounds us.
It's in the air we breathe.
It makes children fuss.
It makes humans seethe.
It makes angels cry,
and mothers hide their young.
It makes sad men sigh,
when Darkness....has won.
The world will disappear,
as it takes our souls.
There will be no "here,"
as cities fall in holes.
Holes of darkest black,
they devour all they get.
They will destroy every single shack,
every person, thing and pet.
As darkness has no mercy,
it gets your children too.
From Europe, Asia, to New Jersey,
created by all bad things we do.

I apologize for bad quality, I only took half an hour making it in a noisy advisory.

I had to read it in front of my class. Everyone elses was about the beach, love, or happiness. They gaped at me, and I had simply laughed.

My internal dilemma would be described much differently.

this is a very descriptive writting. i do the same thing when im depressed or just calm and still, but instead of poems i write stories or draw. you should do more of these. i would love to read more of your work

I guess it's kind of like one if those "dark side of humanity" pieces.
