This is the smallest a doll can get. This is one of the hundreds of flaws that may happen.
Durring the soul transfer/binding the body undergoes a size change. This is permanent and they lose their vocal cords & mouth durring the change.
They live a fast life due to the flaw also, they make up for the 15 years of life with the abbility to recreate amonst eachother.

They also swarm where ever a bell rings for unknown reasons.

Hm, from looking around in your gallery I see a majority of paintings in black and white. I like the design of your character, but it feels like you can do more than you show. My short critique is, practice your backgrounds and do more things in color, color is good. :B
