During my 2nd year of culinary arts our chef retired due to her cancer(don't worry her kind is liveable). Around January a new chef took her place and she is the complete opposite to me. I learned somthing rather interesting about myself during one of two meltdowns she caused. When I pass my breaking point and have a meltdown my eyes begin to turn red and my right hand begins to shiver uncontrollably. She is probably the only person I haven't been able to tolerate in my intire life.

Im sorry your chef is kind of a... *ahem* But hey. Next time you nearly have a breakdown when your hand shivers, tty and put it somewhere like your pocket or somewhere warm okay? And if your eyes turn red just close your eyes for a few seconds and count to at LEAST 20... listen to music. I'm gonna start worrying about you even more than I already do Noah... *sighs* Just try and stay calm and relax a bit okay? Relax and just sleep a day off like I do sometimes.
And Im sorry about your previous teacher having to leave. But do your best alright? Show that cullinary class that you can make the best whatever food you make! Just take it easy okay? Promise?
