BarcodeIIII: Alright, so she may not have struck gold with the week's best, and she never started any fad or anything, but JEEZ did she demonstrate her abilities and really call forth others to rethink about underrated artists.

Stalker Blade: He's been popular long before, I know, but he really was at a peak in popularity and deserves a spot on this year.

Just Scribbles: THE COLLABS MAN, the holiday season marks collabs and this guy was the KING of them. He rose in popularity due to multiple shout outs too, too bad he isn't here anymore...

Chacrecon: Similar to BarcodeIIII's decision, he was another clear mark that too many people were underrated. He recieved a rise in fan art and fame as well.

ScepterDpinoy: I hope you know this guy, not only does he have an AMAZING style, but he makes INCREDIBLE pixel art you can see on DeviantArt. Many people started appreciating his drive at drawing nearly every recognizable and yet-to-be-known figure he can, and he's still doing it. (I was gonna put RainbowCupcakes here but there's no use awarding negative influences. Plus this guy deserves this spot.)

HEDROVER: I was hesitant to give myself the spot without approval from others, but it really does make sense. I posted every day, I released that crazy sequence of scenes that eventually led up to the revelation of one of Color's biggest secrets, and holy COW the shout-outs and fan-art that arose! Speaking of which, I'll start working on the shout-out collab now, it'll be my next upload. :oD

ANOTHER YEAR WELL DONE!

I say Failninja popularized the 3-panel comics because that's when many people started doing them. Sure Fairy Tail had been making them long before, but little to no people took the idea and started making their own. Plus FT's comics aren't always 3 panels, they're often less or more.

These artists are great people. :D And ur opinion is perfect :)
