Sounds like a VERY well thoughtout concept, I commend your creativity. Now what exactly is the process for an outsider such as I joining this here RP? Also how exactly would you determine the entry-certification exactly, I don't want to blindly put a lot of hard work drawing a very detailed character only to find out that I didn't make it. Sorry for these questions, I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything.... Feel free to respond to my questions in my newest pic
