I dunno. Weird dragon thing. Electric. Female. YAAAAAY
She's 12 in human years. Still a lil' child, lel. She's energetic and quirky, and her voice sounds like Peacock from Skullgirls. She loves playing around with people, but may accidentaly hurt them. The T-bolt on her chest shows her current(accidental pun) electric energy level.
