Coloring is done, I think. Now I only have the background left. I wanna make a really realistic background, but I kinda suck at background. :/ Do anyone have tips on how to make realistic underwater backgrounds?

This looks absolutely amazing! The way you coloured and shaded it makes look all smooth and 3D-ish. The faint scale texture looks really great too. :)
I can't give any advice for the background, since as I'm not veru good at water backgrounds. Try using lots of different shades of blue, I suppose.
Anyway, I'll try to write a longer comment when this is finished. :)

Thanks Radiant! I personally think this looks kinda HD because of the colors and lineart. xD And I always do different shades of blue when doing water backgrounds, but they never turn out very good. xD I guess I'll look up underwater pics on the internet or something, to use as reference.

ps. the reason why i havn't been on Miiverse in 2 days, is because it says my ID cannot be used and to go to nintendo support.com! can my ID be fixed?! i cant delete it! T_T

PSTP i feel so down.... i cant chat on miiverse because of my dumb network ID error, someone who i really care about has leukemia, i've been so sad about it that i fell down on the floor crying in the kitchen infront of my mom. it happened so suddenly, and i had no control over myself. now my mom and dad think i have depression problems. i really wish i could do miiverse, chatting with you and radient always makes my day. T_T
