If you mean explain how to get the smooth 3d, you copy a portion of the image into multiple layers. Set it to only display current layer, select the eraser, and set the brush to a somewhat wide tip with the right gauge set low. Gently erase edges that would be further back, for instance for a face leave a nose alone , erase cheeks a little, and ears completely, on the top layer. Remember to keep the 3d slider set low, maybe a third of the way. For each layer further back, erase less, you should notice the difference immediately.
