Hokubo Koji and Omoiyari Shimizu were two warriors known as the "KoShi Duo". They fought against Bakuhatsu during World War V, 21 years prior to the main storyline. They had a very strong bond, and were often rumoured to be a couple. They could synchronize their auras and had a very similar fighting style. After the war, they settled down and had two kids, Yoshi and Michael Koji.
