The black and silver cat lay helplessly in the clearing. "Please, please...." She begged. "Don't hurt them.... Take it out on me if you have to.... I just don't want to see them injured...." The demon in front of her snorted. "Hmph, fine. I won't bother your precious kits. But you'll pay the price." She smirked darkly. The black cat sobbed. "I don't care, as long as Darkkit and his siblings don't have to get hurt....."
