Gah, I needa draw backgrounds for my art....
Anyway, Darkkit is from Shadowstream's first litter. Ever sorta left after failing her plan of possessing Shadowstream and messing around, but returned after Shadowstream had this litter. Ever bullied all of the kits, but Darky took the brunt of the tor'ture. She hurt him the most, physically and emotionally. Shadowstream hated to see her son like this. She confronted Ever many times and pleaded that Ever stop hurting her kits, especially Darkkit. She begged for Ever to leave, or even hurt her again instead of the kits. After a long enough time, Ever stopped bullying the kits and aimed more at Shadowstream. Darkkit remembers seeing his mother stumble into the nursury with mysterious cuts. Whenever he asked, she told him that it was nothing. Once, she came back with a long bloody scrape on her leg. Darkkit was extremely worried. Shadowstream dismissed it as a harmless accident, and quickly patched it up with the medicine cat.
