Ok, now the important, depressing part.

Story: Maritza comes from a modern world comparable to ours. There is absolutly no magic. Only a few old legends, but not even popular stories feature it. The problem for her, is since she was young, she saw and spoke to magical people, mages, swordsmen and women, etc. Only no one else could see or hear them. Her family became worried, and tried to fix her with therapy and medication. She learned not to talk about it to anyone and as an adult was able to stop treatment, as she didn't like how she felt. She still sees these people now and again. She no longer believes they are real and keeps to herself, until one day the person who appeared was attacked, and the fight left scars on the land. When she came back they were still there. Now, still afraid to tell anyone and unsure if she is just crazy, she is trying to figure out what is real or not. The only thing that calms her and gives her any clarity is the sea, so she starts there...

Thank you for indulging me in my little novel. This idea grabbed me and ran away. A 'crazy' person who might not be crazy, just speaks to me. Here I present yet another disturbed character. :)

Omigosh I LOVE IT! xD As I was reading my brain went crazy with ways to tie all of that in with Sora & the others!*ROFL* I can really tell you put A LOT of thought & passion into making her, tell everyone you know to "LIKE" her since I choose top 3 by number of "STARS" or "LIKES" ^w^ Good luck!

Thank you both, I did try hard with this. side note: my mom is helping me make the dress she is wearing. I made the design earlier and she is figuring out how to put it together. It's about halfway done. I am proud of it so I loaned it to Maritza. :) It looks better on her than it will on me.

Not really. My Mom makes beautiful things, she always has. Now that I am older, I realized I wasn't really taking advantage of it. So she is teaching me now. I have lot's of ideas and I can draw them, but I don't know how to construct them. My Mom does so we are working together. I guess in short (too late) I realized I was bearly seeing my Mom. She had cancer awhile ago, and though she got better I re-thought my time. Doing this project was a great way to spend time together. Not to be morbid, but if the worst happens with my Mom it also would give me something special to hold onto. I get a bit paranoid since she won't take care of herself. :(

I know how that goes. My mom has had 2 strokes and both times I saw the signs & tried to get her to go to the hospital right away,but she's so stuborn & waited until later in the day to go, by that time she was worse & there was little the doctors could do. She's alright, just has a lot of speech/mobility problems...she's one tough cookie so I guess that's where I get mine from xD
