:) he can talk, but it hurts him, so he will only whisper if he trusts someone fully . . . and he's VERY timid alot of the time and wont even aproach someone unless they show him they wont hurt him.

yes, the snake teeth in his ears are retractible, but he will ONLY retract them if he feels completely safe (or if someone wraps them up . . .)
