AAAAH I'm so sorry. Feel better soon. I don't know the intensity of what you're experiencing, but I'm going through something like that too (as to why I haven't finished that Hero's Cuties picture yet...) Coincidentally I kind of have a headache too. :P It's probably, like you said, stress with both of us.
Anyway. I'll be thinking of you.
