Wow! I love the blue glow between the cracks there! :D Makes me want to try something similar. As for suggestions, the background is cool, but I'd suggest using a fading effect rather than that blue strip between the lighter blue and the gray. I love how you did those sparkles, though. :D The cloak's pretty good, but think about how fabric hangs. Maybe do some material study. Kind of want to draw some hidden glowing and a cloak now. o3o

v I wanted to the background to be like that. Thoare her colors: gray, black, dark blue & light blue.
As for the cloak, I do need to get better at clothing. XD
