I'd say he looks like a canine version of Anjelo Fil from the head up, but no one plays the Anjelo Land series, let alone the one where Anjelo dons his neckercheif look in the game that isn't out yet...
The moral of this story is that I geek out about obscure games made by my friends.

I feel like I accidentally copy followed artists or accidentally copy something I'm a fan of (game/show) sometimes too, it happened for me with a few flipnote animators.
With games or shows though I'm always worried my characters/stories are copying something that I didn't know/forgot about.

Once I found a picture of a pikachu with headphones, later I made a pikachu with headphones one of my oc's. I also had a nagging feeling that I've seen it before.
