I'm changing her name to Ndatu (three in Oshiwambo, since Heaviside's dolphins live off the coast of Namibia, South Africa). :3 Ndatu doesn't go down too easily, particularly starting from the point in her life in which she was imprisoned in "Atlantis"... she and a certain OC of MonotheOrca's would get along pretty well. XD Drew this listening to "Whispers of a Mermaid" by Derek Fiechter. Look it up on YouTube. Though it's strange that this song inspired Sereniah's existence. #dolphin #wc194

In case you're wondering about the weird necklace-looking thing, all the captive dolphins of "Atlantis" (them quotation marks x3) wore them. This painting takes place a few moments after she snaps it off herself; she was extremely frustrated in being in an aquatic version of captivity.
