Sorry if i'm bothering you with asking this,but can you help me on the legends for the Dex?/Can you battle me with your shiny team(Surge,Jewel,etc.)?

Last I battled you with Surge the Espeon my Pokes weren't fully evolved/EV trained.

i'm guessing it might have a boost in most of it's special defense and a mega ability(mega evo's ability) and since it's a ground dragon, it might have fairy dust, which makes fairy type and water type moves do half damage and makes dragon type moves effect fairy types with little damage (or makes water type and fairy type moves weaker and let dragon type moves attack fairy types) and a mega hidden ability: DracoSpeed which in a triple/double/rotation/multi battle the speed of your/ally's other pokemon boosts sharply, but meg flygon gets a boost in special defense and attack... since it gets a whooping 200 plus speed and hp for every one ground or dragon type you/ally have... but flygon gets special defense and attack lowered hevily... so in short (Flygon gets high boost in specialDEF and HP and it's fairy dust ability meaning it'll have more of a chance of surviving hydro cannon but will have a less chance of surviving close combat)
