Serfs by Cyllya
The mermaids in my story need to breathe air, so they usually make their homes in caves or build in shallow areas. But serfs and such have to live in deeper areas. They build these floating huts that are sort of like big round baskets. They're not very durable and have to be replaced/repaired frequently.
They can't smith metal, so any tools are made from wood, stone, bones, etc. #mermaid #farm #village #kelp #dolphin #manatee #fish #undrwater #wc194
