he has a thermoelectric generator type thing (similiar to self running pacemakers?) which he uses to zap peeps. he connects the circuit by clicking his fingers or just holding them together. he could clap his hands to do it but its more dangerous bcos the current could arc across his chest
the wires arent visible at a glance, but if you really look you could differentiate them from blood vessels
