Ok so these 2 are best friends since they were kids. Choleric was actually more out going but went more cold as some events occurred. Celia is playful and the only Pokemon Choleric will talk to most.Unfortunately they get seperated and Choleric doesn't know if Celia is alright or not. Not much info on Celia mostly known to be Choleric's best bud.
