Okay, here's my entry for ze contest: The Jacket Guy!

No one really spends much time around him, so his personality, intentions, and reason for wearing his trademark red jacket are wrapped in mystery, or up for interpretation. The only thing that anyone knows is that sometimes, he'll pop up out of somewhere when something cool happens and then say: "That's pretty cool, bro." The rest is up to you my friend!
