I'm going to take down to finish after i get suggestions on how to shade the unshaded parts. i'm not sure what to do..

Try to use the opacity in middle, this help a lot to mix 2 colors, next use the eyedroper in that mix and use it as a new color.

Shading tips? Go more darker it'll bring it out more. Challenge yourself! ^^ And mainly with working on steel you add white glares on there. Which would look good on the steel on this Pokemon sense it is a Steel type. ^^
