Flare and kaeri's deceased friend.
He specialized in martial arts and was an excellent swordsman. He'd known flare since they were I4 years old.
He died because of an accident that happened in a cave.
His death bothered flare greatly, as they were close friends.
But there is more to why flare is so bothered by it than just their friendship...

garret died when he was around 25.
(flare's a year older than him so he was 26, and flare is only a few months older than kaeri.)
garret has existed for a while...i just hadnt drawn him til now.
