IF you need a good way to lv. up your pokemon fast and still get full stats, put your pokemon in the daycare. Then what you do is go to the one city in the game, find the pokemon gym, If you ever notice you csn constantly walk in circles around it, what you do is go there and prop a penny under the thumb stick so your internally going in circles, do this over night so you dont spend time over day (also rember to plug in charger). Its an efficient way to lv. up your pokemon via daycare and not cheat. Starting at lv.1 you can be at 100 within a week.
