Rakuen (Raik-en)
was originally a gardevoir, But was left in a day-care one day wich was located in lavender town. One day when the building mystirestly was set on fire, many pokemon died and became a ghost pokemon or became a fire spirit. Rakuen lived her new life around Lavender Town Becoming an investigator solving every single crime, exept the one that killed her. However when her home was going to be replaced with a new tower all the pokemon where sent to new towns.
