These two are just two harikas from Remi (Mine) & Neyon's ( @SonicStar's) kingdom. Periwinkle is mine but Salamander is up for adoption. Yes you must draw him to adopt him. Salamander is Lead Guard of the floating palace called Skywish Palace. Periwinkle is an ice guardian in training. (difference between guard and guardian: guards are for royals and higher ups and don't have elemental powers, guardians are for all the people and have elemental powers)
