William's true form, also known as,"Pure William." is indeed William's true form, and only occurs when his friends are in dire need of help. His monocle turns into the Divinity Glass,whitch makes sure he is completely pure, and he sprouts angel wings as well, whitch help him fly one k x faster then any average boo. William has no memory after he transforms back to normal though. Pokemaniac44 can explain true forms more then I can, so if you have any questions, please ask her! :)
