heh how i tolled my grama about my depression is i showed her the video "To This Day" by Shayne Koizon -cant spell his last name- But yeah... my family still don't know i self harm/ try to ki.ll myself or that i would legit starve myself if i had the choise -i already have one meal a day... these past few days were terrible for i have been having 3 meals a day AND snacks. i HATE it. as soon as school starts again. i'm off the food for good. ugh. food is gross.-
