A fake pokemon. I made it up as I went. A pokemon based on playing cards seemed like a funny idea.
Pokedex entry:
Normal flying type. No two are alike because each one has a different set of patterns and colors on the tail. Those with rare combinations of tail feathers are highly valued. Hunters used to collect the feathers for playing card games. It can learn most flying type moves exept for fly.
