Those are some beautiful deep earthy tones. The depth of this painting is very well accomplished, it doesn't even need 3D in my opinion. I'd love to visit Arizona sometime. It'd be a lot less humid than it is here! :D

It really does look like an Arizona landscape! it actually reminds me VERY much of my family's ranch in Arivaca, Arizona (75 miles south of Tucson, where I live) right after the monsoon rains. we're actually due for the rainy season here very soon. As always, your painting is wonderful & now very personal for me...can't wait to show my father & uncle who own the ranch: they are going to adore this painting!
