My brother and I were thinking of game ideas, so I came up with a little something for Dal.
Here are the perks:
Pschotic Rage [TANK]
- does high amounts of damage to an enemy player or AI
- can take a high amount of damage until player hits fifteen percent of max HP
- player's HP will drain until fifteen percent of max HP when out of combat
- cooldown time is sixty sec.
- will take half of max default MP from player
- power lasts for ten sec.
