The leader roared and charged, I had no choice. Sprinting towards the edge of the balcony, I dove into the group on creatures, dag.ger in hand. Bad move. I hadn't stocked up on gun powder; how could I use fire now.
"Blaze are you insa.ne?!" Ty cried from behind.
"Crazy..." I stated, "Not insa.ne."
The leader pambrure, now only a few meters away, now seemed more lion than man.

He bared his fangs in a feline-like fashion, claws protruding from each of his claws.
"You chose wrong girl...." He growled.
In defiance I stood still and smirked, teeth showing, and eyes burying themselves into my opponent's. The work stood still for a moment, I'd just sealed my fate.
"You're really hard to keep an eye on Blaze....!" A voice shouted, pushing through the crowd. Island?!

"Yes Blaze..." Island sighed, placing his hand on his polished, black-marble cane, "It is me.... not here to give you the last few months of homework though."
"Good." I still kept my eyes affixed to the leader, though I was talking to my former teacher.

Within seconds, the leader had grasped my arm with his jaws. I screamed until my lungs could take no more. Everyone else stared.
"You give in girl." The leader rasped.
"No."
I sunk my dag.ger into his chest. He roared in pain and let go. Luckily my arm was still there, and not badly wounded. Time to fight.
