Im not very satisfied with his hair but eh, i might or might not end up redesiging it.
-Hes slightly older than Emerald.
-He was a criminal but escaped.
thats why he has a shock collar that can NEVER be removed.
-He lost his ear and hand in a tragic fire accident where he lost his family.
Can shoot ion beams from his hand.
-Was taken in by Emmy and Toby and vowed to make him a better person.
