Re: Alright. I guess I've awakened??? Pretty sure I'm a Turkish Van, like you said. My phantom shift had a Turkish Van tail, so I guess that's me!
But... There's a thought lurking in the back of my head. What if I'm actually not a therian? What if my shift was just psychosimatic and I was just imagining it? I mean, I have serious cat habits and instincts, but still....

Re: Okay. I had no clue what I was, just knew I was a domestic house cat until you mentioned Turkish Vans. They match me, I love swimming and I'm a very pleasant cat-err, person. Yeah. You don't know how catlike I am. Getting scratched or petted on the head is the best. And shiny stuff. Holy crap shiny stuff YES.
I've always loved going down to the creek by my house and exploring nature since I was a kid. I didn't mind if I got a little wet from vaulting over the creek. Today, we found dead mice and I didn't freak out like my siblings. I just looked at 'em with curiosity.

I feel like I keep having voluntary phantom shifts. I imagine having a tail and it suddenly feels extremely real. And I haven't even found my therian name!

I suppose I'm lucky I have a domestic cat as a therio-side. And a calm breed at that. So if I shifted randomly I guess I wouldn't act too different. Though I do have a v!olent side to me. I hiss if I'm angry or startled. Which makes people look at me weird.
To be honest, I regret telling anyone about therians at school and stuff. Especially my friends. They all suspect they're therians even when they don't really act like animals.
