The coloring looks indeed much better! It almost looks a little 3D-ish. I really like how you did the perspective and those mountain thingies in the background. I also get memories from Super Mario World. Man, that was a really awesome game. : )

DUDE! AWESOME drawing of Soda Lake! This game was absolutely amazing! This level was difficult to get to as a kid xD
