Lately, I've been happier! I made a change, I've made myself catch when I was being negative, I bought some Ryan Farish (Gee, thanks Omegan XD) to listen to when I'm down or having a panic attack, and I try to be grateful and happy for everything I have. You can change as well... in fact, I challenge you to try to be happier. I'm not saying don't post vents, but maybe... maybe we can all try to be happier. Try to be grateful, and try to push past the thoughts of negativity!

It's hard at first, but all you have to do is practice. Acknowledge your thoughts, and address them. Those thoughts are false... you are worthy, you don't need to end it, you are beautiful, and loved.
If you are having a panic attack, draw, listen to calm music, and breathe in and out slowly, (5 seconds in/out) clearing your mind. If you are sad... don't draw a sad picture, try to draw a happier one! (unless you are super sad/angry/ect, obviously. We don't want you to hurt yourself...)

Heheh it's kinda hard for me right now. My mom is watching a v.iolent movie downstairs. I rreeaaallly hate seeing/hearing people getting mur.dered and stuff... Just can't stand it! The thought always comes into my head that it will happen to my family... TT-TT

Me too, Sapphy.. *shudders* I hate when there is fighting on the tv, and yelling/screaming. It puts me on edge, and eventually gives me a panic attack. I HATE fighting, I'll do anything to avoid it. :3
And, of course! I hope it helps! I learned it from my therepist X3 It's called 'Bio-feedback". You can also try breathing like that, but instead of clearing your mind, breathe in/out a ball of light of positivity, and imagine sharing it with others X3

Good for you! I'm glad your feeling better I use to get panic attacks a lot and I learned to fight them and realize you can't let them control you! I know were not friends but I'm proud of you ^U^

Me too! I don't know why, but for the past couple of weeks my life has been brighter and I smile more. But... it causes a lack of inspiration to draw for me, so I'm kinda inactive too. >.<

@MINTEN Lol I can barely stand sleeping with any light in my room at all. Like if my door is slightly open, and the bathroom in the hall's door isn't closed, the night light in there will bother me.
