I'm not sure whether or not SOPA is gonna pass. Even if it doesn't, I still feel really bad for not giving credit for the copyright things... :(
idk, I was too lazy to fully read what it was about when I google-d it. OCs I plan on changing include: Plugino, Chilly, and Jouigi. Any body have some suggestions on what they should be instead of, y'know, COPYRIGHTED pokemon? ...and Jouigi having a different hat instead of, y'know, a more COPYRIGHTED hat?

Hmmm....you could give Jouigi a cap instead of a hat.....and maybe put a J on his cheek....idk....make his paws green maybe?IDK!

^Thank you, guys. I just wanna make sure. I'm just a lil' upset 'cause I've been sticking with Jouigi's hat design since I joined Hatena(2011). I'm actually sorta attached to my characters and their designs. Once again, I thank all of you! <:3

First I just wanna say I love your characters as is, but I think that whether or not you change their appearances should really depend on how you want to use them. Anyone you want to use in a licensed market(comics, video games, etc.) will have to be revamped eventually to meet copyright guidelines where as private or unlicensed uses(blogs, forums, here, etc.) don't need any tweeks at all as of yet. Again, I think your OCs are pretty awesome already and I don't want you to change them, but that's your call, dude.

I agree. plus, SOPA was real the first time, on Hatena.(by the way, its back!!!) but I wasn't sure about the second time.

Nah, man!
SOPA's just out there to scare ppl. Plus, who the hell cares if you're making pkm ocs or some thing of the matter. Only 3 of my o.c.s are accually original, the rest, I made from TV shows or video games.
Also, why do they care about fanart. Fanart just shows that there are artist who happen to like something that they take time and effort to make something for said thing :)
In short, don't change them at all.
