He's the leader of the three brothers. He chases his victims to bodies of water then drags them beneath the surface. He then proceeds to gut them.
He also has some wonky anatomy. I remember him saying something about some spinal disease once or twice.

wow...my nightmares are pretty realistic, but my lucid dreams are crazy. really crazy. neither involve many animals, though. -.-
btw, have you played the Witcher or read the books or something? Just randomly curious.
