This is the main villian in Raven and Willow's Universe. He's a half-demon with a human form too, but I'll draw that later. Wrath was Willow's kipnapper and father from when she was little. He knew of her powers, so he raised her until she accidentally found out his secret. He is also the one who collared Raven.
Wrath's snake form is about 50 feet long and is a mixture of a black Boa, Burmese Python, and African Rock Python.
