It's Ed, he's called fullmetal because of his automail arm and leg, Al never became a state alchemist so he doesn't have a title like Ed does

So, I have to say I was dreadfully wrong about this. After looking back at the oriinal pic this was traced from, I realize that this is actually Al, I just forgot that I didnt draw the cat sitting on his head. And since Ed doesnt like cats he would never allow one to sit on his head, therefore, this is a drawing of Al from the conquerer of shamballa movie :]
