Please dont let me sink back down to the bottom. Ive been there before. Its not fun. Ive fallen deep enough (multiple times) to end it all and I can't do it anymore. Dont let me go back...please...
Ive once gone far enough to actually overdose once. I have hurt myself. Punching walls was my stress relief. I feel like my mind is getting heavier... I dont want to drown anymore.
