I know they're dogs but I thought, Entei was a lion, Raikou was a tiger, and Suicune was a horse

I thought that Raikou was a saber tooth tiger
Entei was some sort of dog/lion mix
and Suicune (my favorite) ,for some resone, was a unicorn with a werid shaped horn...

Raikou does indeed have a curly-cue tush, just look up his back sprite. You will not regret it.
