It felt great to be able to swim at one's own leisure once again, a sensation the Commerson's dolphin hadn't felt since she was a calf. Then it occured to her: where would she go now? " She slowed her pace as a pang of guilt struck her. She regretted not freeing any of the other captive dolphins, especially Luka. She sorrowfully shook her head. They wouldn't be able to experience the same feeling she was at this moment, and possibly might never live to feel it. Sereniah forced that thought out of her mind as she assured herself that Luka, a very determined Heaviside's dolphin, would find a way out for all of them.
Still, Sereniah wouldn't be so lonely had she released the others.
Suddenly, freedom didn't feel that free anymore. The dolphin's heart sank as she now reluctantly continued to swim.
Then came an abrupt end to her solitude: a seemingly large black dolphin lurked in the murky distance. When Sereniah came closer, she found out that this dolphin was a long-finned pilot whale, and she wasn't alone. Other dolphins and even porpoises tagged along with her. Sereniah eagerly sped up to them."
