Hm interesting, I think this will be great to stop people who go out of their way to pester people.

But I can also see it going a bit awry. I've noticed over the years, as the "anti-bullying" campaign has picked up, the definition of words like "bully" and "troll" have become looser. Some people feel anything NOT positive, is now bullying.
So I suppose I'm here to remind people this is an Art application, be mind full of the difference between a "critique" and a "trolling. If someone offers advice on how to improve your art or point out flaws, don't assume " Oh they are insulting my piece, they are a bully! " then you block them when they might be trying to help point things out. Now " this art sucks" or something is probably a troll lol.

Also, be respectful of opinions. I've seen a lot of places with blocking features get abused by blocking people for not sharing same opinions:
Guy one: " I like -blank "

Guy two: "Oh, I don't really like -blank-, blocked!"

That kinda stuff.
