This is amazing! I like how you drew the wolf's fur, and I love the background! It's not boring at all, those glowing lights and the fog look beautiful. :)

But seriously, how the fuck can you call this background boring? It's the best background I've ever seen for you! It's EXTREMELY atmospheric and the colors are perfect. I also like those flying thingies. Do you still think i'm better than you at drawing backgrounds? If so, something's wrong with your mind... You're MUCH better than me at drawing backgrounds! Seriously, I'm impressed. Really impressed. I first almost thought it was drawn by someone else. xD But I noticed how the wolf was in your style. I thought "Wait, is this really drawn by Dragonologist or someone else with a similar style? It can't be..." Then I clicked it and freaked out... This drawing really looks alive and atmospheric. It's like you wanna enter the screen! I really freaking love this.

I wish I could draw backgrounds like this too... I'm still wondering, how the heck did you draw it? How did you come up with it? This is indeed really impressive...

@PSTP idk how I draw backgrounds...I just drew everything without thinking...I can't explain how I draw it...

Also, I like how Atsila looks more cartoony and papery while the background is more realistic-ish. Creates a really great contrast and makes it not look flat and boring.

@PSTP Idk if my backgrounds are better than yours...I mean you rarely draw non-underwater bgs so I can't really compare it. I really loved that bg of your wienerdragon pic, I would never be able to draw that. And to the other question, idk how I come up with it. I just draw with my feelings, I just try things and see if I like it. I keep working on something even if it first looks bad. Because if you put enough effort in it, everything can come out great. Even a simple random doodle.

I guess I'm just a bad artist then. I only draw the same things over and over again. You draw lots of stuff and creative backgrounds that I would never ever be able to come up with. The almost only thing I draw nowadays is Watoks.

@PSTP Try to do what I did in my latest creature pics. Draw a random scribble and then try to make it look as good as possible. I suggest to look at the playbacks to see what I mean. In that way you'll learn to draw different things than you usually draw. Also watch playbacks from other artists to learn new techniques. Another way to improve is to take a photo, and try to draw it as good as you can. the first try might seem bad, but if you keep trying you'll become better.
