I was really just clowning around with the eyelashes and ended up with this. It's not really a serious drawing with a story or anything.
My oc looks rather over emotional, and when I look at it now it looks a bit ridiculous to me, but I had lot's of fun so I thought I'd upload it.

Ooooh! ^w^ I love it! Your angle is perfect with how you alined the head & torso for a seemless camera angle, and still seeming to have kept some movment. It's all very well put together with your background as well :) Nice tones!

She is gorgeous. It's a beautiful picture in general, but that coloring is superb!
I've been trying to figure out for a long time why your style seems so nostalgic to me, but I realized with this pic that some element of your art is reminiscent of Outlaw Star. That's an anime that will always be close to my heart since I grew up watching it... Your pictures seem to give me this wistful feeling... Now I have to go watch it!!

Ahh, the animes we grew up with...Mine was Gundam Wing first and for most, but also Outlaw Star, Cowboy Bebop, Ronin Warriors, all those Cartoon Network shows cause that's all I had exposure to then. I'm sure they all influenced me. I'm glad I gave that nostalgic feel.

:D Mee tooo! My first anime was Speed Racer! I remember watching it with my dad, but I didn't know it was anime at the time. Then was Sailor Moon. Then DBZ, Ronin Warriors and all that good stuff! But Gundam Wing, Outlaw Star, Blue Sub 6... the stuff that aired while I was in middle school really sealed the deal on anime for me ;)
