She's based off of Chaos from Heaven's Lost Property. She's also a Dark Chaos bearer like Lightning but she was before him (chaos bearers can speak with their previous chaos bearers through their minds). Since she's a Dark chaos bearer she's designed to be creepy (but she ends up being adorable as well). Yet, I have no name for her so leave a comment if you know of a good name. English and japanese names are appreciated. ^_^
