She wears a coat simular to Arthy's coat, made of thick materials to prevent injury. It's dark grey, and she has a badge of the Umbra empire's symbol.
She doesn't like hats. XD None of the Umbra empire hats suit her or fit her.

Well, it's a picture from her backstory/past. She was originally trained as an elite warrior, skilled in mind games and even simple magic. One of the tests she took part in while training was the "Dream Room" which inverted reality, mixing what was real with whatever you dream of and fear. The idea was that if you don't go insane, then you pass.

Well, the Dream Room in itself is actually empty, except for magnetic panels set into the walls and ceiling and the Water ( I believe I've mentioned it before) running in small open-topped pipes through the floor. There are no windows, the door is very well concealed from the inside. Everything else that appears inside is an illusion.
